Once your order is confirmed, our team picks, packs, and dispatches it within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected by our courier.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

All orders come with full tracking. Here is how to track:

• Check your email for a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number.
• Click the tracking link in the email to follow your parcel in real time.
• If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

• England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
• BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

If our courier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card with instructions. You can:

• Rebook a re-delivery at a convenient time via the courier's website.
• Collect your parcel from the nearest courier depot (details on the calling card).

Uncollected parcels returned to us will be reshipped free of charge — just contact us first.

Please report damaged deliveries within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending us a photo via WhatsApp or email. For lost parcels, we will open a courier investigation and resolve your case within 5 business days.
